 Our exercise plan: In this weeks show we cover 
what is interval training and then how you can use 
it in your training.

In this weeks show: 

We have kept things simple this week. 

 We recap the Get Smart plan.   

 Small Steps, this topic is about how your small 
decision in you everyday life have a huge influence
on the long term results you get. We give you some 
tips on how to be successful with this area.



Episode 4 Forever Fitness


In this weeks show: 

Again we have kept things simple this 
week. 

 Mental toughness. We explain what 
mental toughness is and ways you can 
develop yours so you can grow with health 
and fitness.    

 Once again we give you and exercise that you can get out there and do. We are doing our best to get you out there.
