Exercise show this week: Here is the programs we have for you: 
10,00km Shift, 25 Chin Ups, 2min 5 Second Press Ups, Squat Press 25 reps @ 10kg, 2min 5 Second Press Ups, 25 Chin Ups, 7mins of Jump Squats. 
 
Bevans run workout: 2 mins Warm Up, 30sec on/ 30sec off for the next 12 mins. The first 3 a little uncomfortable, the next 5 uncomfortable, the next 4 build up each set, then 3 set of 15sec at max! Use speed and incline to build intensity!
